 Payment Methods

We accept all payment methods supported by Shopify Payments, including major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateway partners. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

 Currency

All prices listed on Next Gen Man Cave are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

 Payment Timing

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully authorized and captured.

 Order Confirmation

Once your payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

 Billing Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information for all purchases made on our Website.
If we believe the information you provided is false, fraudulent, or incomplete, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

 Declined or Failed Payments

If your payment is declined or fails for any reason:

  • Your order will not be processed or shipped.

  • We may attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.

  • You will be responsible for any bank fees or charges incurred due to failed payment attempts.

 Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error:

  • We will contact you before processing the order.

  • You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

 Fraud Prevention

We use industry-standard fraud prevention tools to protect our business and customers. Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent may be delayed, require additional verification, or be canceled.

 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval, plus up to 14 days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
