Processing & Handling

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the supplier, especially for larger or specialty items.

Shipping Costs

  • Most of our products include free shipping, while others may require a shipping fee based on the supplier’s policies.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery times are typically 5–10 business days.

  • Some high-ticket or custom items may require additional time. If extended delivery is expected, it will be noted on the product page.

Carriers

  • We partner with trusted shipping providers chosen by our suppliers to ensure safe delivery of your products.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited shipping is not currently offered.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or holiday demand.


 Shipping Methods & Tracking

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier name

  • Link to track your shipment


 Delivery Issues

Delayed or Lost Packages:
If your package is delayed or lost, contact us at contactnextgenmancave@gmail.com or (270) 302-1602.
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your order:

  • Verify your shipping address

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact us for assistance

Damaged Packages:

  • Take photos of the packaging and items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund


 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional charges may apply).
