Returns & Refunds Policy

 Return Eligibility

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Next Gen Man Cave. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It is in its original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.

  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at nextgenmancave@nextgenmancave.com or call (270) 302-1602 within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  3. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back.

 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.

 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval, plus up to 14 days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

  • We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

 Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
For exchanges due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate or sanitary products (unless unopened and unused)

  • Gift cards or downloadable software

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos or videos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

 Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they ship.

  • If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process above.
